Earthen and rustic on the nose with a touch of green, the palate is dynamite with rich, luscious red fruits. Those same earth notes commingle pleasantly, finally finishing with some superb minerality. MINERAL SILKY RICH EARTHY FULL-FRUITED
An elegant wine like this is certainly welcome alongside fancier fare like a filet with sauce bordelaise, ratatouille, or coq au vin, but it will match regional classics like schnitzel just as well!
