The Materia Prima opens with classic notes of black tea, honey, and a bit of orange rind in a truly precise orange expression. The palate is ripe and direct, with mouthwatering acidity and pure citrus elements. There's a lick of tannin here too that's just substantial enough to give the wine a serious edge.

Try and go Spanish when pairing with the Materia Prima, salty, spicy, bold flavors are going to be excellent with this wine. Grilled chorizo with pickled onions, queso fundido, spiced ribs, or croquettas will all be awesome.
