The signature foods of Veneto are often a combination of land and sea. We recommend the same when pairing with the Iperico. Venice's signature risotto, risotto di seppie, is made black with cuttlefish ink and will do excellently. Less adventurous items like a classic Caesar salad with plenty of anchovies in the dressing, or a plate of Italian cheeses and meats, like Asiago, Grano Padano, and Salami, will also be quite good.
