There's something about this lovely white that draws you in. With subtle, mineral notes on the nose and just a touch of ripe citrus, this wine is all about texture. Steely, yet mouth-filling on the palate, it's a very classical Loire Chenin Blanc and very evidently a quality wine.

Most Loire Valley white wines are a great match for raw seafood, and the Vin de Lune is no exception. Enjoy it with oysters, salmon or tuna tartare, but don't be afraid to pair it with poultry preparations. The richness of this white can take it!
