This is one of those wines that makes it obvious why Grüner is Austria's national grape. With light peppery florals on the nose, a palate that's glassy and mineral, a touch of spritz, and fabulous acidity, this wine is perfect for any sunny afternoon.

Grüner is quite well known for its unique ability to pair with veggies like asparagus because of its inherent "green" quality, but the aromatic addition of Riesling in this blend makes it a great option played against spicy curries from India or Thailand, and also zesty salads made with cucumbers and radishes.
