There's a fabulous ripeness to this wine that you wouldn't expect from a bottle with 10.16% alcohol printed on the label, but the Hoch Family has somehow done it! With light yellow florals on the nose mingling with wet stone, the palate has a touch of honeycomb and lychee with some real fruit weight and heft, and a crisp, citrusy finish. A perfect aperitif, the Weisse Biene is lovely on its own but will match best with lighter proteins and veggies.
