A gorgeous example of how unique and complex Glera (the Prosecco grape) can be. With an effusive nose of lemon candy and bursting yellow flowers, the palate is bright and succinct with crystal-clear citrus and stone fruit elements.

Hard to beat as an aperitif, the Blancjat will be quite nice beside lighter salads, raw fish and shellfish, and raw veggies with mediterranean dips close by.
