There is only one Chenin Blanc made in Chile, and it's the Glup! With a nose that veers between pleasant caramel and pine needle notes, the palate is rich, and velvety, with Chenin's trademark acidity cleaning everything up brilliantly.

Chenin's classic pairing is goat cheese or raw seafood, but this wine has enough verve and body to match up to rich, cooked fish preparations, as well as light poultry dishes with some spice.
