Instead, it compensates with effusive full-fruited notes of guava and starfruit, along with a strong citrus element and some rocky minerality. The brightness of this wine along with its inherent greenness makes it an excellent foil to roasted and lightly cooked fish, but we can't think of a better pair than the Love and Passion and a classic Niçoise salad.
