After years of tasting Pet Nat, (the crown-capped sparkling wine method that this falls under), we've discovered that it's a difficult style to nail and to nail consistently. Phillippe and Nicolas have hit this one out of the park, though. With a rich nose of baked bread, citrus, and a touch of cream, the palate is direct, quaffable, and a simple delight!
