A fabulous barbecue wine, the sweetness of the fruit here makes it a great foil for dishes like ribs and pulled pork, although if you'd want something a bit classier, some duck in a dark reduction with pommes purées will be equally delicious. Vegetarians can enjoy next to charred fare with big flavors - a whole Cauliflower head with tahini is going to be excellent.
