A great example of new world Chardonnay made in the old-school way. A touch of richness on the nose combines with sweet citrus fruits and stony mineral elements. The wine sits weighty on the palate, but the finish is crisp and mineral as can be.

For a classic Chardonnay, there's not much better than a classic roast chicken dish with all of the accoutrements. Alternatively, enjoy with a light white fish with hollandaise or a plate of hearty roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
