A really unique wine from the Cava grape, Xarel·lo, the Entre Vinyes Blanc opens with rich, mineral notes, and a touch of sweet cream. The palate is textured and rich, with a touch of stone fruit, and a long, almost salty finish.

A delightful pairing partner, a rich white like this is going to match up perfectly with well-seasoned poultry, like a classically-roasted chicken, or another game bird. Delicious on its own it will also play well with a wide variety of market fresh vegetables, either cooked, or raw.
