A great example of the virtues of blending, this wine takes the zip and energy of Grüner and melds it wonderfully with the florals and body of Gelber Muskateller. On the nose, it's both mineral, and presenting yellow fruits with just a touch of herbal green, while the palate is brisk, with nice fruit weight, and a crisp, bright finish.

A lovely aperitif, the Fruit and Love will also do very well with light cheeses, fried green tomatoes with remoulade, or a tartare of salmon or scallop.
