A lovely example of another, softer side of Cabernet Franc, the Entouré de Roche opens with subtle notes of red currant, and a bit of herbal green. The palate is subtle and delicate (this wine will take excellently to a chill), opening with notes of red plum, a touch of capsicum, and a distinctly mineral finish.
