A great, fuller-bodied rosé from Beaujolais, the Fleur de Gamay shows the delicate side of the grape, with soft red fruits on the palate, and pure, crystalline minerality and florals on the nose. Rosé is, of course, excellent on its own as an aperitif, but a fuller example like this is great for pairing, too. Try with richer seafood preparations like oysters rockefeller, or scallops and beurre blanc, a rich salad like a chicken caesar, or summery veggies like roasted corn on the cob.
