With floral elements on the nose, along with very present mineral elements, the palate is waxy and even a bit creamy, with notes of vanilla and citrus. The structure and weight here make this a lovely white for any time of year. AROMATIC RICH VIBRANT CITRUSY MINERAL
The light florals of this wine will complement more neutral fare beautifully. Think delicately poached white fish with beurre blanc, poulet en blanquette, or something along the lines of a clam chowder or cream of mushroom soup.
